Originally crafted in 1955 by renowned architect Paul Greene, this three-bedroom, approximately 2,323 sq ft residence has been completely re-imagined by Matic Design & Build—an inspired revival that cherishes history while embracing the present

A Historic Foundation, Reborn

Paul Greene’s original design set a quietly bold precedent, threading modernist ideals—clean lines, integration with nature, thoughtful proportions—into the fabric of this home. Today, Matic Design & Build honor that legacy not by preservation alone, but by translation: heritage features like angled walls, organic finishes, and a rare sunroom remain, yet are reframed within a luminous, thoughtfully open plan.

Architecture That Speaks to 2025

Step inside and you’re greeted by an expansive, open living-dining-kitchen layout centered around a dramatic double-sided fireplace, a masterstroke of both functional and aesthetic balance

. Walls of floor-to-ceiling glass and bi-fold doors dissolve boundaries between indoors and the tranquil gardens beyond, fostering seamless organic flow and immersive connection to the outdoors.

Materials Rooted in Nature, Elevated in Refinement

The palette is resolutely grounded. Earthy, natural materials—warm woods, stone, and custom finishes—anchor every detail in tactile elegance. A stone-veneer entrance offers a tactile, storied welcome, while copper gutters and a custom exterior wood veneer speak to artisanal care and thoughtful longevity. These elements age gracefully, patinating in concert with the home’s evolving story.
