As a local company we focus on single family residentials and offer a wide range of services to make your life easier. From basic design services we offer custom cut services for each need. If you need just ideas for your small remodel project or you want us to run your full remodel project – with our experience we can handle all your needs.

About Zeljko Matic

While living in Germany I made my first visit to Santa Barbara years ago during my frequent business trips to the USA and fell immediately in love with this beautiful town. At one of my later trips back here I met my present wife and decided to move from Germany to Santa Barbara.

Establishing my own Design and Build Company here in this amazing environment is more than a dream come true. After studying Information Technologie and working as CIO for a German World market leader for fastening material I discovered my passion for Real Estate.

After I moved to Santa Barbara and started remodeling homes in Santa Barbara and Los Angeles, I discovered during some of the projects how many headaches homeowners have with the remodel. Dealing with construction contractors is not always the easiest. Combining my technological and systematic background with the German mentality in me, I simplify and streamline my clients’ projects and run different tasks/trades parallel to maximize the time and to keep the project time down to the shortest possible period.

Through the past project and established network, I offer an interesting package for every homeowner who wants to remodel or update his property. I’m looking forward sitting down with you and discuss what we can do for you and your home.

And if you happen to own a classic car or play Golf, I’m sure we will meet sooner or later in this beautiful town anyway.
